- MUDPACK THERAPY
This involves application of packs of Mud on some parts of body. It helps in improving skin complexion and acts on skin spots and patches to reduce them. To make mud pack Mud is soaked in water with perfect thickness for 30 minutes. Now a thin layer of prepared mixture is applied evenly on face, head, and abdomen. This helps in various skin allergies. It also reduces headache and other painful conditions. It helps in relaxing the mind as well as body. When applied on abdomen, it is very much helpful on digestive system.
- MUD BATH
In this a special kind of mud rich in natural salts and mineral is applied over the entire body (except head). In this process mud is mixed with water and is applied on full body either sitting or lying position for 45 to 60 minutes. After that the body is washed with cold water. It improves the blood circulation all through the body. Mud baths are useful in many skin diseases such as Psoriasis, Urticaria, leucoderma.
